I was just advised by someone regarding my studio at Clift.
This guy asked me to sell off this unit now and get back Orchard road freehold condo, with the similar budget I could get.
Insist its a good move for the next one or two years.
What do you advise ??

Hi Melyvn,

Few dares to challenge the market and no one
can predict it is going up or now as properties
prices can be affected by complex ecnomic situation, locally, globally.
