I wanted to get an valuation of my house in SIN. first I got few banks to give 'indicative' value which differs by as much as 900K between max and min. Then I got 2 valuers and shockingly the values differed by amlost 1 million in the 4 months period (Apr and end of July). My question is what parameters are used for valuation (of detached house in D 11)? are the paremeters used standard across the industry. It just does not reflect well of the industry,if the value can differ so much with different valuers for the same house. Thanks for your time.
