I want to rent my HDB unit. I have signed a Power of Attroney to my relative in middle of this year. Can I directly sign a lease with my potential tenant?

Morning Victor,

You must understand the purpose and responsibility of assigning Power of Attorney. They will only come in place when you are not available physically to ink the necessary documentation.
