Should you be using enhanced contra facility, the administrative process will take about 4 months to complete. This is excluding market of your unit, sourcing for a unit, securing a buyer and waiting for them to exercise the OTP, etc. The fastest possible timeline that we are looking at is at least till August, subjected to your asking price, sizing and budget of your buying unit, and whether your buyer or seller have any other specific request.

Hi Sir,

Currently for the first HDB appointment is already book till the April, if your unit is yet to market and also not yet source for your buying unit. Based on the estimation without extension, your whole completion most likely fall on end July or early Aug. If with extension, it will be slightly longer.

Get your agent to help you work out quick and do a calculation to see what is the best solution in your selling and buying.
