I understand that for the quintet, I can only sell the unit in 2011 cos of TOP in 2006. I was teh second last resident living in 2008. Does that mean that I've to wait till 2013 before I can sell mu unit? What is the probability of me selling in 2011 as I would like to do so and move to a landed property. Pls advise. Thanks
