I sent an enquiry to this agent to ask if the price is negotiable, and whether the owner can consider a price that is within my budget. If not then I wont be going to view.

Agent then ask me if I am making an offer. I clarified that I can make an offer if the price meets my budget.

Agent proceed to judge me saying that I am suspicious because I made an offer before viewing the property.

After explaining to the agent, he simply reply “it’s okay”

He just took away my opportunity to buy a flat. What can i do about this?

Advice: just clarifying with you it is miscommunication > it is STILL BETTER FOR YOU TO VIEW THE PLACE > THEN U DECIDE WHAT TO OFFER IF YOU ARE KEEN , relay politely that " sms/ whatsapp" at times lead to misunderstandings . you can try call agent and win agent over by your POLITE AND SINCERE APPROACH :) REASON: afterall the agent is appointed by the owner as the " gatekeeper/ negotiator " for the deal relaying owner's intentions.
