I rented place five rooms house. I moved to this place two weeks back. I found many things were not working. Agent fixes some of them, but after that, he is not even replying to my text or call. I don't have contact with LL.
The washing machine was not working, I brought my own, and I informed the agent that I would replace the old washing machine with my new one after the end of TA. I did this in goodwill. I thought he would fix other issues too.
There was a button broken in the master bedroom. He just glued that one and said he would make it not in the inventory list. He is not even giving me an inventory list after asking multiple times.

What should I do in that case?

Dear sir/mdm,

This is quite a difficult situation. You may wish to approach the agency to see if they are able to facilitate the process or complain to the CEA to ensure that you have the rightful documents. If you have the tenancy agreement with landlord corresponding address stated, you can also look for landlord directly.

Yes, Is it a common practice not to share the inventory list with tenants? In the previous tenancy, the agent shared it. 30 days warranty has not been mentioned in TA or LOI. It was a verbal promise. Same as my previous one.
