I recently collected the keys for my EC in the north, my windows was broken for 6 weeks without replacement , 2 months after collection of keys water seepage with rusty water issues are not resolved but push aside as water splash, I have cover the seepage area with plastic but still there are water stains coming from the twice rectified and paint over balcony . When I complaint about defects the developer will write " We would like to highlight to you that there are provisions in the sale and purchase agreement in respect of your rights and our obligations to rectify defects. You may wish to seek advice from your lawyer if your feel aggrieved." What are the legal recourse I can take ?
