Hi JV, no one can really predict when the peak will be, since the short term property market is subject to fluctuations.

The more important consideration is whether the current price is comfortable for you to sell.

Dear JV.

You can ask any profession Traders or property gurus to sell at peak is near impossible. To sell at Profit is utmost importance.

In my opinion to sell at Peak runs one risk. It is so close to market collaspe that the risk is not worth it.

Warren Buffet who is a great investor, if i can remember correctly once said, investing there are risk, even himself loses money when placing investment decision. However so long as you profit from most of the investments you are still profitable. Warren buffet don;t like to lose money and one of his investment rule is NEVER LOSE MONEY.

If we being real estate agent or any one is able to tell you clearly when is the peak, then we will be so rich that, we can be the richest person in the world (just being candid not to offend anyone)

To sell at profit or sell at peak? The choice is yours. Make sure the risk are weigted, You have made a sound decision to buy ICOn and now making a profit. Now all you need is to make a sound decision to sell, secure/realize the profit. Any profit not secure is just FEEL GOOD factor.
