Hi,

The latest 5-room transaction in Blk 713 is a 120sqm unit on 7 to 9 floor at $650k in Feb 2023 . Another comparable block nearby at blk 711 , the 5-room transaction at 7 to 9 floor has recently sold at $750k in April 2024 .

May I know if you are looking to sell or purchase an unit here? Hope the above clarifies. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so as to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.
