I need to find out how long i had to stay in a re-sale property.

I moved in just last year Feb & i took no grant from HDB. Can i sell my house end of this year or next?

How does selling my current house by contra apply to my next purchase?

Pls advise.

Hi Celine,

I supposed your current property is a HDB flat?

If you are taking HDB Loan, you can only sell after 2.5yrs. If you are taking Bank loan, you can sell after 1yr.

Contra will depend on your next purchase flat whether you are upgrading to a bigger flat type and are you still eligible for another HDB Loan.

    I took hdb loan, does that mean i can only buy next aug?

    I am planning to moved to at least 4 bed rooms, does that make contra applicable?

    i am no longer eligible for another hdb loan.
