I need a semi-D or Detached land area 8000sf built up 4000sf for my client to use as Childcare centre at Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Panjang area,Cashew,Almond,Chestnut area.
There must be sufficient outdoor area for children to play.Cannot be located near to road with heavy traffic.Must not be within 350m radius of another childcare.Budget 8k-10k. Long lease of 3+3+3 possible.
