I live at Senett Estate ( very near to P.Pasir MRT )A Semi-D with 5 Big rooms all with bath rooms attach.We are keen to rent out,especially to Childcare centre,foreign students.If interested, pl reply me.

Hi Eric,

What is the rental price you are looking at? To rent out to as childcare will require an application to URA for change of use approval.

Will it be convenient if I can arrange an appointment with you to take a look at your unit available?
