I have a unit in Optima and some of the areas surrounding it.

The latest transacted price for a mid floor unit was $840,000 ($1000 psf) on 24th March 2011, that means that a similar unit now is selling at $900,000, so it increased $60000 in a month! This is a fact. Why wait? It's increasing by the day.

Optima is a good buy considering average sales prices in D16 is selling on average for $960psf. Optima is new and a desirable location for many. A few of it's attractions; Changi Biz Park, Changi Airport, ECP, Simpang Bedok food haven, private property neighbourhood.

Average sales price of the 24 transacted units in Optima is $1061 psf. The highest price being $1280psf.

I have sellers who are trying to sell at $1304 psf, this is how optimistic sellers are.

Optima is setting a new standard in the Bedok Area, it's breaking through the $1000 barrier and it's getting higher by the day.
