I just bought a place. My new neighbor next door recently installed a wind vane on the dividing wall. It has a sharp arrow and a fan that rotates with the wind. The arrow sometimes point directly at my house and the fan behind the arrow turns furiously. That is a lot of sha chi. How can I counter this?
