I intend to sell my 5rm flat at Sengkang. If I have ready buyer and all I need is an Agent to assist with the paperwork, what's the right % of commssion to pay? And if I were to buy a private property , do I as a buyer , needs to pay commission to the Agent? Thks.

1)Agent to assist with the paperwork, in accordance to IEA guidelines, a minimun commission to pay is at least $500.00

1)Hi Ms Ong, Usually the charges for paperwork is from $500.00.But it advisible to let the specialist to provide you with genuine buyer.
