Hi, for my buying HDB case, the owner do not wish to sell the flat just one day before 1st appointment date. I have checked with the lawer and they said that the court can forced the owern to sell but the buyer has to pay all the legal fees. Is it true? Or what is the best thing I should do? Thank you.
