Hi,

For your unit, you could be looking at monthly rental within the range of $4300 to $5000, depending on how well-furnished and well-maintained your unit is.

It will be advisable if the agent serving u could have some pictures of the unit for a more effective marketing.

My team have some ready tenants on hand, however, not all is under corporate lease. If possible, we can have a further discussion on this to work out what is the best way to market your unit in order to get a good tenant, within the shortest time, with a ideal rental.
