i hv a HDB EA near bt batok west mall, still hv loan of 170k, age 48, annual salary 80k, can i afford to buy a 600k to 700k condo? can move into the Centris in yr 2009? i also consider lakeshore, yee tee residences, the warren or northvale

Hi Mr Ho,

You may be able to buy property within your budget range. Just walk in to any Bank outlet to get their loan advice. I can also recommend some Bankers to you if you wish to.

Will you be selling your EA or you will be keeping it? Are you able to make the minimum 20% down-payment?
