I have rent out my one bedroom to a couple, in the contract, it stated that No frying is allowed, only light cooking such as porridge and noodle is allowed. But recently, they fry roti patra and eggs at my place when i am not around, leaving behind bad smell and causing the floor to be very oily. What Legal binding do i have with regards to his since they have break the terms of the contract? Please advise.
Thanks.
