I have just returned to SIngapore for a short visit to secure some investments. I am looking for a 2 bedder unit at Martin Place Residences for rental investment - for around 1750 - 1760psf, of course, depending on which level and facing.

If you have any suitable units, please contact me directly. I will be in town for another 1 more week. Please DO NOT contact me if there is no real possibility of closing at this realistic price.
