I have completed my first appointment with HDB to buy a resale flat. My second appointment is due in August. However, I would like to know what are the repercussions in case I would want to withdraw, and not buy it. I mean, what would I have to pay to HDB, or bank or seller, incase I dontbuy. Or is it better to buy n then sell. Pls guide. Thanks.
