i have bought a terrace house in port dickson. project should be finished march 2016. Developer just give the key n CF on 18/5/16 but no water connection yet. I have to pay full house loan starting next mth and unable to move in and need to pay my rent for current apartment I'm staying. developer and lawyer not helping at all and they are unable to confirm when the water connection will be done. who i should report this to?.
