I have an uncompleted condo, and can only sell in 2017. However, I would like to apply for BTO. What options do I have if I do not wish to sell my condo (eg title transfer etc) and also not having to wait for 30mths after disposing my condo. What procedures or ways I can approach this that may help. Pls help. Thanks.

Hi,

Unfortunately no, there's no work around. If you sell now, you have to wait out a 30 month period before you can apply BTO and seller stamp duties will apply if its less than 4 years since you bought the condo. Thanks and hope to assist further.
