I have a unit at Trevista that I may want to market if the price is right, how much is a unit Stack 6 and above 27 floor selling now? Oops sorry forget to put in the floor area, 1098sqft and 3 bed 3 baths

Afternoon,

According the the ceveat that have being lodged by buyers, the current selling price of your unit is at $1.1 to $1.2m, with the same area size of 1097sqft.

Hi,

Unless I remember wrongly, Stack 6 should be either 1131 sq ft or 1151 sq ft for certain levels. Only Stack 16 and Stack 7 are 1098 sq ft. Regardless, the PSF is about 1050 psf to 1200 psf.

If you are talking about 1098 sqft, you are looking at $1.1M to 1.35M.

I am currently marketing a stack 6 mid floor unit, 1152 sqft @ $1.35mil.

Our lower floor neighbours went for $1.34m in June.

The buyer was serious but prefer auspicious unit level "8".

In your case, you only need a dedicated agent who can assist you to get another serious buyer.

As yours is a high floor and good view, and is a good location, you may go for $1200psf to $1250psf nego range, i.e. $1.32M ~ $1.37M.
