I have a unit at Binjai Crest wih build in area of bout 3600 sq ft. I am considering putting it up for rent. What rent can I expect or should be asking? What is the best way or me to go about renting it out. Place an ad with this site, in the papers? Also, are there things I should be concerned about? Any advice will be appreciated.

Hi Nancy,

Based on past transactions of units almost similar to your description, you could probably be looking at a price range of about $7000 +/-. The final amount will greatly depends on the unit's existing conditions, the configuration of unit (in terms of number of bedrooms and bathrooms). The best way of renting it out is to engage the services of a professional salesperson in assisting you to market the place for rent.

Based on past rental record near the vicinity, the expected rental should between $7,000 and $8,000.

You may want to take this as a guide.

The best way to go about renting out is to get a real estate salesperson to do the necessary marketing for you. The salesperson can also advise you on further queries that you might have.
