I have a tenacy agreement where only one owner name is mentioned. The person front ending for rental discussion is a registered agent and posed as agent but never put his name or agent details in the contract or witness.we never talked to landlord mentioned in contract. After 2 years as we leave the house - he refused to give deposit amount back on pretext of house damage claim after our giving key for 15 days .we found he is a joint owner from iras propert search. Pls guide if he has committed fraud by non disclosure and not even mentioning his name in tenacy agreement
