I have a few questions pertaining Bullion Park and am considering to buy a unit there.

Is it true that this condo comes with basketball and squash courts, as it is very rare and my kid likes to play basketball and squash?

The upgrading of the new lift lobby and other upgrading did the residents pay more in the sinking fund?
