I have a budget of between 1.1 to 1.2m for investing in private property. I am keen on District 9,10,11 and prefer projects which are max 3 years old. Looking at 2 bedder with size of at least 700 sq feet. Cash amount is max 250K therefore cannot pay any COV. Let me know if you have any projects which is a good match to my criterias.
