The current rental asking by almost similar size units in the development are asking $7k to $7.5k but well it has to depending on your furnishing options, condition of your unit etc. But if you want to rent it out in the shortest time, probably you might have to slightly lower your asking rental.
Nevertheless I will love to market your unit for you! I have a few tenants who are looking for rental units. If possible at your own free time, kindly furnish me with details of your unit so I can check whether they can meet your requirements.
