Given the supposed weak market sentiments, what are your expectations in terms of rental? Penthouse has traditionally been a niche market therefore the pool of tenants will usually be smaller than conventional units therefore I am not alarmed if response is not "desirable". Also when you allow a pool of salesperson to market the same property, do not expect these salesperson to put in high commitments to get this unit out for you. I have closed almost 7 rentals (private and HDB included) within the past 2 months and certain exclusivity have been given to me in these rental. If you would like to have an alternative salesperson to market your penthouse for rent, you may wish to get in touch with me such that I can also share with you how these results are achieved.
