I have a 3-bedroom apartment at Gardenvista. It's fully furnished with nice interior decoration and pool facing. I am wondering how much it can be rented out for one year duration. Any advice would be appreciated.

A 3 Bedder at GardenVista can go for anything like between $4.2k easily to $5k a month. All the prices are dependable on your floor and how much the prospective tenant likes it.
