i have a 27yr old 4 rm flat (fully paid up) and a 15yr old 99yr leasehold condo (paid 20+% with about $600k outstanding). As i have $500k cash in bank, what would be the next best investment option? Should I keep my hdb flat and condo and rent both out or should i sell my hdb and 99yr condo and buy a 999 or freehold? if you were in my situation, what would you do with your assets and money?
