I have a 2 room free hold property along Sims Ave, near Geylang Lor 31 TOP in 2014. Bought at price of S$820k, 818 sq ft, duplex model @ top level with jacuzzi and roof terrace. Intending to sell this now but not sure what the valuation for such a property is now. Can anyone advise?

Hi Francis,

I would be glad to offer my service on selling for you.

But first, need to check which date you purchased this unit. Any property purchased on/after 14 Jan 2011 this year will incurred seller's stamp duty. If you sell it within the 1st year of your purchased, it's 16% stamp duty. This will end up huge losses for you.
