Appoint a consultant to assist you in marketing your unit for rental. Just sit back, relax and allow the consultant to tackle with the appointment arrangements and preparation of documentations.

If you refer to the rental listing in Propertyguru during December 2010, a fully furnished 1 bedroom unit was calling for $3400. Depending on the conditions and facing of your unit, you may command higher rental.

There are 1 bedroom unit in Amaninda marketed at S$3700 in Nov 2010 in iproperty and S$3400 in Dec 2010 in propertyguru. I will be able to give you a better indicative price after seeing your unit.
