I had two year lease term with my land lord . Although my tenancy ends in nov 2022,my land lord told me that he would like sell unit within 6 months I moved in . Since then I was asking me necessary compensation for terminating the tenancy agreement and my landlord does not agree on the claim made by me .Almost-after one year of my tenancy term, he comes with another agent ,started again the sale process .She did not give me any update on the recent sale process and suddenly she said house has been sold and you need to move out within two months.I also wondering they just lying that house has been sold in order me to move out .Probably they thought with tenant it’s difficult to arrange viewing and they tricking me .
I requested ,in two months if I don’t get any house ,I need more time and also I asked him to compensate me for breaching Contract terms .He is not agreeing any of this claim made by me .
So I would request to clarify what my rights on this case ,
1.can I have additional notice period if I don’t get the house by two months ?
2.And next what I can claim against him lawfully .
3.Can I claim the unexpired portion my tenancy rents ?
If he dies not any of these ,what are the ways to take legal actions
