I had bought an EA with HDB in 2005. My family are looking to move to north area around AMK, TPY, Serangoon or Buangkok. We eligible to buy DBSS or EC and can only loan fm bank should we buy. For DBSS and EC, usually will need to wait for at least 3 yrs for TOP. We need to stay at our current flat until the new flat is ready. During this period, while servicing our loan for current EA, what options do I have in order for me to get a new DBSS or EC as we do not have much cash on hand? What kind of financing can I get?

Hi,

if you are considering EC at Buangkok, do consider the new EC Esparina residences. it is in close proximity to mrt and town. In addition, there is no COV or agent commission involved which can help to reduce you cash outlay.
