I got a friend who is around 40 year old married but separated without legal process, just live separately with her husband for more than 10 years. Is she able to buy a resale HDB flat under her own name only? She is a Malaysian but just converted to Singaporean. CPF more than $100k & monthly income more than $3k.

unless you have the court order with final interim judgement on divorce confirmation.
you should get a lawyer and an property agent to help you.
