Hi Gurus, wish to buy a condo using my wife name since under my name there is still mortgage with HDB. Is it possible to use me as a guarantor rather than an owner to the condo since we wish to be granted with up to 80% loan rather than 60%. Will bank allow such arrangements as to service the loan together? Current cash on hand is $100,000 and her CPF is $80,000. My wife mthly income is ard $2300-$2400 gross so afraid she might not get a high loan to purchase 2brm that we require. If together it will be $5000-$5200 gross. Thanks
