I currently rent a place in River Place condominium, and very keen to purchase a property with river view at the same complex. I have seen a few choice units with river view, however the bank valuation does not match what owner is asking for. The bank said that since this complex is in District 3, the valuation is lower. The complex is in a great location, close to everything. It is well maintained. The units are good quality and in good shape, some of them have amazing views. Could someone explain why this is the case.
