Hello Kenlin,

if you are looking for a property to invest, stick to CBD properties and D9,10,11. These districts are historically proven to contain better upside potential. If you are looking solely for capital appreciation, then buying new launches in these districts would be the best option.

But if cash flow is your priority, then consider getting a tenanted unit within these districts. I am marketing both completed units and new launch properties in CBD and D9,10,11. For my completed properties, I have tenanted units as well as vacant ones and they are in the core central region.
