I can choose to buy a brand new BTO at punggol. It's 1 min walk to the mrt, however it's at level 2. currently valuation is about 320K and should be ready by next year. Looking at how things change after aug 30, i am now looking at resale flats in AMK or Bishan. DO you think COV will fall to 5K or even to valuation price within these 6 months? or do you think I should just get the punggol?
