I bought over a resale 4 Rm flat from my mum last year with HDB Loan & Single Grant. I would like to sublet my unit. This hse has bn vacant for abt 3+yrs now. I'm currently staying in my brother's hse together with my mum & brother's kids, ages-10&6. My dad & brother's wife passed away in 2006. Mum was admitted to ICU 2 yrs ago due to heart issue. Understand I can only sublet 5 yrs later. What should I do? Tks.
