Asked by
I bought HDB in 2008 and I have now paid off the loan. I am the owner, my son lives with me, and we are both PR. Now that my son is married, I want to transfer the name of the owner to his son (both son and daughter-in-law are eligible for HDB). Excuse me, do I have to pay taxes when I change my name? What taxes are to be paid? How much will you pay?
Thank you respondent.

Hi, you may want to check with your HDB branch officer with regards to the transfer of ownership to your son as well as the cost involved.
