Hi Fatty,

As you bought in Sept. 2010, you will be affected by the Seller's Stamp Duty. If you sell in with first year, there will be a 3% SSD. After this Sept. 2010, will be a 2% SSD.

Do consider carefully and do your calculation if you decide to sell.
