I bought a flat in Bangalore.It is under construction.The scheme 20:80 I have paid 20% and I am asking the papers to show to my advocate like Sanctioned copy of the plan,Title clear certificate,specimen copy of the agreement etc. The builder is reputed. But he declines to give xerox copies of the documents. He says it is not the practice. What should I do ?
