I believe the government is having problems in maintaining employment of foreigners to satisfy the ever booming property market thus causing a mismatch in the industry. I have never in my 15 yrs of experience finding it so hard to lease out an apartment.

Hi Koh,

Each individual rental transaction is a different experience. You can probably feel that it is very competitive now due to the recent TOP of a number of projects islandwide, therefore tenants will likely flock to these new developments for rental, unless you are looking at an extremely attractive rental rate in the tenants' perspective.
