I am SPR but my husband is not. Can i buy a HDB with my baby who is only few months old with sponsored SPR by me ?

Yes, you can buy a resale HDB flat if your baby is a SPR.

Hi Mdm Gabby,

You may purchase a RESALE HDB under Public Scheme where you already have a Family Nucleus. Given your status, you also have at least one occupant a SPR.
