I am Singaporean and my Spouse is foreigner. My private condo is under my name, and I would be fully paying up within a year.
If I pass on, would the condo automatically go to my husband, as it was bought after our marriage.

If mortgage is paid fully already, would he still have to pay Additional ABSD if he inherits?
