I am selling my La Casa condo at Woodlands. 3 bedroom unit at 1141sqf floor area. 7th floor with road facing unit. Intent to sell within next 1-2 month (complete deal by mid Oct 16) and willing to pay 1% commission to well deserved agent. Any agent willing to take up this deal?
